I founded Echo Counseling Services after noting individuals' need for a unique and personally tailored therapy to meet THEM and their lived experience(s). Our mental health stories begin at birth, and it's essential to have counseling services that adapt with us through our various life stages. I'm dedicated to helping clients discover their voice and build a deeper understanding of themselves. Wellness is YOUR story. I foster experience in working with diverse groups of adolescents, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management/burnout, academic success, executive functioning challenges, relationship dynamics, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief. Additionally, I have specialized experience in working with emergency service personnel, law enforcement, and military members/veterans. I offer compassionate support through advocacy, self-exploration, personal development, and educational growth. Together, we can navigate your journey and find smoother pathways ahead!
