Welcome! I want to commend you on taking your initial step on a journey towards wellness! I founded Echo Counseling Services after noting individuals' need for uniquely and personally tailored therapy to meet THEM and their lived experience(s). Our journeys with mental health began at birth, in which it is paramount to have counseling services that evolve with us throughout stages of life. I am passionate in helping clients find their voice as well as form a better relationship and understanding of themselves. Wellness is YOUR story.

I hold experience in working with diverse populations of adolescents/teens and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, stress management, academic success, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem/confidence, discovery and understanding of self, and grief processing. I am equipped to provide comprehensive and compassionate support for clients in terms of advocacy, promotion of social justice, self-exploration, personal development, and educational growth.
